Integrations Specialist

Build and own the bidirectional integrations between CovenantFlow and bank systems: nCino, Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, QuickBooks, Codat, and more.

Remote (US)Full-timePosted May 21, 2026

The product is only useful if the data flows. The Integrations Specialist owns the connective tissue: nCino loan records in, financials from QuickBooks and Codat in, covenant write-back to bank systems out. The role sits at the intersection of solutions engineering and platform.

This is not a glue-code job. The integrations are the moat. Every new connector you ship makes the next bank install measurably faster.

What you'll do

  • Design, build, and maintain integrations between CovenantFlow and bank systems (nCino, Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, FIS, Jack Henry, Q2).
  • Own borrower-side integrations: QuickBooks, Xero, Codat, Plaid.
  • Pair with customer success during implementation to scope, configure, and validate each install.
  • Build internal tooling that makes the next integration cheaper than the last — generators, replay tools, sandbox harnesses.
  • Be the eyes-on-the-wire when a sync fails at 2am. We don't farm out reliability.

What we look for

  • 4+ years building API integrations in production, ideally in fintech or healthtech.
  • Strong with REST, OAuth flows, webhooks, and event streams. Bonus for Salesforce Platform Events and Apex.
  • TypeScript / Node, Postgres. Comfortable in AWS or GCP.
  • You debug from logs, not theories.

Bonus

  • nCino, Salesforce FSC, or Jack Henry development experience.
  • Plaid, Codat, or accounting-platform API exposure.
  • A loan-system schema doesn't intimidate you.

How we work

You'll ship to production in your first week. The customer team will know you by name within a quarter. The product gets better because of the connectors you make easy.
